How do I order a server?
Choose your game and plan. Once the store is connected, the checkout button will take you to that plan’s Stripe payment page. This preview does not accept payments yet.
Where do I manage my server?
The Game panel button opens the NorthByte Hosting Pterodactyl panel at gp.northbytehosting.co.uk. Sign in there to manage your servers. Panel accounts and server access are managed separately from this storefront.
Will payment automatically create my server?
Not in this first version. Automatic provisioning requires a secure backend that verifies Stripe payments and creates the server through Pterodactyl. A payment link alone does not provision a server.
Can I use mods and plugins?
That depends on your game, server software and chosen plan. Confirm compatibility and resource requirements with the host before purchasing.
What are the refund and cancellation terms?
Final billing, cancellation, refund and privacy policies will be supplied by the hosting provider before the store opens for orders.
